Mick founded Moneyproperties in March 2003, and since then, he has established a reputation for honesty and integrity that is unparalleled. Moneyproperties, along with Moneylettings, is deeply committed to the community, actively sponsoring and supporting numerous local charities and organisations. Notably, they donate 1% of their sales fees to Star Throwers, a local charity dedicated to supporting cancer sufferers and their families.

Christian Money became a valuable asset to the company after gaining experience as a surveyor in London. Born and raised in Wymondham, Christian has a deep understanding of the business, having worked both part-time and full-time during his earlier years. Known for his great sense of humour, he often enjoys playing the occasional prank on his colleagues. While rugby and football are among his hobbies, his true passion now is raising his daughter and son.

John joined Money Properties in July 2021, bringing with him a wealth of knowledge and experience from a diverse 38-year career with NatWest Bank. Having lived in Norfolk and Wymondham for over 50 years, John has deep ties to the area and a strong passion for the local community.

Married to Sue, with two grown children, John stays active through running and taking long walks with their Fox Red Labrador. In his free time, he also enjoys travelling and cooking.

Kim has been with Moneyproperties for many years and is one of our most experienced team members. As an associate member of the Guild of Property Professionals, she brings a wealth of knowledge from her years as a property developer. Whether it’s new builds or restorations, there’s very little Kim doesn’t know about the property industry. Her hard work and boundless energy are truly inspiring to those around her. Despite her busy schedule, which includes running a household and engaging in charity work, Kim still finds time to enjoy CrossFit and paddleboarding.

Tracey has called Wymondham home for most of her life, having moved here to purchase her first home and witnessing the town flourish into the wonderful place it is today. Deeply rooted in the community, Tracey has always been active in supporting local schools, charities, the Rugby Club, the Wymondham and Dereham Citizens Advice Bureau, and more recently, the NHS.

Known for her warm smile and helpful nature, Tracey approaches everything with kindness, which is reflected in her outstanding Google reviews. A music enthusiast, she’s often seen dancing in the office after a successful sale. In her free time, she enjoys travelling, yoga, swimming, and spending time with family and friends. Recently, she has also developed a newfound love for gardening.

Karen was born just outside Wymondham but has spent most of her life in the town. She is one of our most dedicated team members, expertly balancing her full-time role in lettings while also handling all the company accounts. Working closely with Tina, Karen ensures that our landlords and tenants receive exceptional service. Her in-depth, up-to-date knowledge of Wymondham and the surrounding areas, particularly in the rental market, is unmatched. Outside of work, Karen enjoys spending time with her family and grandchildren, reading, and finds painting and decorating to be a therapeutic pastime.

Tina was born and raised in Wymondham, where she has lived for most of her life. ARLA qualified and an associate member of the Guild of Property Professionals, Tina, along with Kim, is one of our longest-serving team members. She brings invaluable knowledge and a deep understanding of the needs of both landlords and tenants. A former bank employee, Tina is meticulous in her work, ensuring every detail is attended to so that clients receive the best possible service. In her free time, Tina enjoys going to the gym, spending time with friends, family, and grandchildren, as well as testing her knowledge at the occasional quiz night.

Danilo Campoli is a skilled Property Professional, experienced in both Sales and Lettings.

Fluent in both English and Italian, Dan has expertise in both sales and lettings, having worked extensively in both areas since joining our team. A passionate sportsman excelling in both football and golf, Dan brings warmth and a sense of humour to every day.
