Mick started Moneyproperties over 17 years ago and in that time he has built up a reputation of honesty and integrity which is second to none. The company strapline “The local name you can trust!” has been the ethos of the business and has served them and the local community well over that period. Moneyproperties and Moneylettings are heavily involved in the local community with sponsorship and support of many local charities and organisations including Star Throwers a local charity for cancer sufferers and their families into which the company donates 1% of its sales fee.

Christian Money joins the company after working as a surveyor in London and will be a real asset to the business going forward. Christian was born in Wymondham and has a good knowledge of the business having worked part and full time in his younger days. Christian has a great sense of humour and enjoys playing the occasional prank on fellow work colleagues. John joined Money Properties in July 2021 having achieved a diverse 38 year career with Nat West Bank and therefore brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team.

As a resident of Norfolk and Wymondham for 50+ years John has a depth of knowledge and is passionate about the local area. 

John is married to Sue and has two grown up children.  He enjoys keeping fit by running and taking the family Fox Red Lab, Alfie, for long walks.  John also enjoys travelling and cooking.

Amy was born in Wymondham and lived in the area for 20 years, however, she now resides in a small Norfolk Village on the other side of Norwich. Amy is an associate member of the Guild of Property professionals and manages our Wymondham branch to ensure our customers and clients receive a “better than best service”. Amy has a friendly personality which makes her a joy to work with and nothing is ever too much trouble. Her hobbies include spending time with her Great Dane, Ruby, and climbing the odd mountain or two!

Susie has a genuine love for property especially in the Attleborough area. Susie is very experienced within estate agency, starting in lettings and progressing through to sales and property valuing and listing. Her previous property knowledge includes, two self builds and numerous renovations and property development. Born and bred in Attleborough, Susie loves spending time with her family and two dogs. This lady loves to dance having spent 15 years with a local dance company, Susie is Moneyproperties very own dancing queen.

Kim has been working with Moneyproperties for approximately 15 years. Kim is an associate member of the Guild of Property Professionals and has a wealth of knowledge having been a property developer for several years. From new builds to restorations, there is not much Kim doesn’t know about property! Kim’s hobbies include CrossFit and paddleboarding.

Sam has joined the company after working for 14 years in a sales environment for a building society and a local estate agent. She was born and bred in Attleborough and has a lot of local knowledge. She has done her own self build and renovated several of her own properties. Her late Father also being a builder who has built and renovated near on 20 properties locally. She enjoys helping to look after her family chickens and her two dogs. She enjoys entertaining and going out for meals. She is an outgoing individual who always looks on the bright side of life!

Emily joined Moneyproperties after 9 years of successfully working for another estate agent in the area. She was born and bred in Attleborough and has a real passion about her home town having renovated properties in the past. Emily loves socialising and supporting local businesses especially those in the food industry. Her hobbies include going out with friends, shopping and has recently taken up golf. Tracey joins our team having lived in Wymondham for most of her life, moving here to buy her first home and watching the town grow into the amazing place it is today.

Tracey is proud to have always been involved in the local community helping and working in the schools , local charities, The Rugby Club, both the Wymondham and Dereham CItizen’s Advice Bureau and, in recent years, the NHS.

Tracey is always wearing a smile with a kind and helpful approach to everything . She has a passion for music and enjoys travelling, yoga and swimming. Tracey also loves to spend time with her family and friends and has recently discovered a new found love of  gardening.

Elise joins Moneyproperties after 7 years working in customer service. She lives local in Attleborough and has done for the past 2 years, to be closer to family. Elise would describe herself as confident, outgoing and loves to socialise with friends and family. She is very excited to be joining the team and learning all about the property industry.

Karen was born and bred just outside Wymondham in but has resided in Wymondham most of her life. Karen has been with the company for over 11 years. Karen works closely with Tina to ensure our landlords and tenants get a “better than best service”. Karen has unrivalled, up to date knowledge of the properties in Wymondham and the surrounding areas including all aspects of the rental market. Karen enjoys painting and decorating as she finds it very therapeutic.

Karen has lived in Wymondham for over 25 years, with over 6 years experience in lettings and a good knowledge of the the local area and community. Karen is ARLA qualified and associate member of the Guild of Property Professionals. Karen has previously lived in Birmingham for a number of years but now shares a love for the beautiful countryside Norfolk has to offer. Karen has 3 daughters, two of whom have flown the nest and her youngest a keen footballer playing for Wymondham Town FC which keeps Karen busy attending matches most Saturdays. Karen is a member of the National Trust enjoying long walks with her partner at weekends. Karen is a very sociable person and enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Tina was born and bred in Wymondham and has resided here most of her life. Tina is ARLA qualified and associate member of the Guild of Property Professionals. Tina has been with the company over 14 years and has invaluable knowledge and a wealth of understanding of the needs of both Landlords and Tenants. This trusted ex bank employee certainly knows how to dot the I’s and cross the T’s to ensure her landlords and tenants get the service they deserve.
